Diploma / Degree in Interior Design

Min. 5 Year experience or above in relevant field

Proficiency in Autocad, Photoshop, 3D-Studio

Good knowledge of production drawings and interior detailing

Good design and communication skills

Experience in large-scale hotel and commercial projects an added advantage

Ability to work independently and lead a supporting team

Good command of English word processing is preferred.

15 years or above relevant experience in project management preferably gained in interior design consultancy firms.

Responsible for project management and coordination interior design projects

Supervise the preparation of specifications, tendering documents, plans for submission to clients and for tender

A team player with self-discipline and strong communication and report writing skills, cost conscious and attentive to details

15年或以上相關項目管理經驗、具室內設計顧問經驗者優先

具房產項目或工程現場施工管理經驗者優先

負責管理大型項目須具現場施工組織及判斷能力、解決工程中的具體技術問題

負責監管及處理詳細計劃書、投標文件等工作、具團隊合作經驗、有較強的溝通及表達能力

具創意、主動, 有責任感、具有良好的表達能力及技巧
